Heepoe now available on t-shirts!
The silkscreened image of Mr. Heepoe and the text
"defy classification" appears in a terrificly
understated way on dark brown American Apparel
tees. Size discrimination sucks but at this time,
these shirts are currently only available in sizes
large and small. Just like the Spasmodica doll
line, each shirt comes with a detailed character
hang tag, as well as a clear vinyl Jacques Heepoe
sticker. Sweet!
Oh, yeah, and more shirts are in the works. So

TV Debut on HGTV's Crafters Coast to Coast
Did you catch my
episode on HGTV's
Crafters Coast to Coast? True to the series,
my show shared a glimpse of where and how I make
my Spasmodica dolls (namely a Yugison).
Even my hubby, Anthony, our doggie, Babbitt, and
my niece, Allison, who's the inspiration behind
Yugison, all enjoyed a bit of air time.
It was quite a memorable experience letting the
HGTV crew take over our house for a day of filming.
We even convinced the producers to hang out after
the filming was completed (they rule at karaoke!).
The episode originally aired on Monday, May 2,
2005. We'll let you know when it's scheduled for
re-broadcast.
